Entourage season 4 focuses on the chaotic production of the film Medellin, which is being shot in Colombia, and the growing tensions between director Billy Walsh and Vince's manager, Eric Murphy. The season documents Billy's attraction to an actress and Drama's attempts to get a part in the movie, all while a documentary crew captures the behind-the-scenes drama. The season concludes with the film's disastrous premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, leaving the future of the project uncertain.
