Shopping with us is easy. Our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience and to ensure your satisfaction.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

An account is not necessary to place an order with us. Simply choose the item you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be stepped through the checkout process for your item(s). During the checkout process, you will enter information necessary to create your account. This information will be available in your account the next time you place an order with us.


At any time after your order is complete, you can log into "Your Account" to track the status of your order. To place an order, follow these simple steps:

1. Browse the storefront until you find the item you wish to purchase.

2. Click on "Add to Cart" from the product that you would like to purchase.

3. You will proceed to the shopping cart. (To continue shopping, click the 'Continue Shopping' button.)

4. Once you have verified the products you wish to purchase, click the "Checkout" button.

5. From here you will put in your customer information and shipping address. You may save this option for future purchases. Then click the "Continue To Shipping Method" button.

6. This is where you will choose your shipping options. For local customers, we offer in store pickup and no additional fee. For all others, please choose the method in which you would like to ship your product. We ship via USPS. Next click the "Continue To Payment Method" button.

7. At this point you will choose your payment method. We only accept Paypal but you may use a credit card of your choosing through Paypal. You will be required to have an account with Paypal to complete your purchase. Next, click the "Complete Order" button and you will be redirected to Paypal to complete payment.

8. Paypal will direct you through finishing your payment process.

     9. Click "Submit" to complete your order.

10. Print the Checkout Page for your records.

If you are using a credit card sponsored Gift Card (such as Visa Gift Card, American Express Gift Card, etc) and did not register the same name, address, and phone number with card-issuing financial institution that you use as your billing address in the shopping cart, your payment will be declined. To use your credit card gift card online you must register your correct billing information with the issuing bank.

HELP - PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Paypal or you can check out as a guest via Paypal with any valid credit/debit card. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Paypal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request. We also accept all major credit cards directly.

HELP - CANCEL AN ORDER

Most orders are packaged and shipped the same day unless it is a weekend or holiday. If you are placing a pre-order, you may cancel at anytime up until 24 hours before the item is set to be shipped.
If you need to cancel an order please contact us email and we will do our best to cancel the order before it ships. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all customer cancelled orders this will be to cover credit card fees associated with the purchase.

HELP - USED PRODUCT CONDITION

All of the CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray and games that we sell are used. We guarantee them to play, but we do not guarantee them to be in "mint" or "near-mint" condition. Acceptable amounts of wear and signs of use include but are not limited to light scratches that do not affect the play of the disc, small drill-marks, saw marks, and punched bar-codes. We do gently polish any marks out of discs.

Vinyl Records

Here is the grading process with which we grade our vinyl.

Mint (M) – Absolutely perfect in every way. Never been played and usually sealed.

Near Mint (NM) – The record has been on a shelf between other records. The vinyl looks glossy and clearly has only been played a few times. There are no marks on the vinyl and the whole package is complete.

Excellent (E) – Same but I’d tolerate very light marks where the vinyl has been in and out of the inner sleeve a few times, or tiny signs of use generally.

Very Good Plus (VG+) – A few further faults are acceptable, but nothing that really compromises the record visually or audibly. A little rub, light inaudible marks, a little background crackle.

Very Good (VG) – It’s seen a bit of life, but is still usable. Light pops and clicks, an edge split, light visible scratches. You can still listen to it and enjoy looking at it, but it is visually and audibly USED.

Good (G) – To be honest you’re making trouble for yourself here, as Good means Bad. I’d only be selling something really desirable in this condition, with a bargain price and a full, no holds barred description to match.

Poor (P), Fair (F) Attempting to listen will be a disturbing experience. Expect major noise issues, skipping or repeating. The record itself is cracked, badly warped and has deep scratches. The cover is also approaching death.

Covers will be described in the listing to the best of our ability. If you have any questions about a particular album please email us or chat with us.

Used CDs come with all artwork. Some booklets may be missing, if this is important to you, please ask before purchasing. We also do not differentiate between BMG/Music Club items and general issue albums.

Funko Pops. Our Funko Pops are not guaranteed to be in mint condition. You may request photos through our chat program or email if you want to know specifics of a funko.

We only sell North American Region 1/NTSC games and DVDs. We do not guarantee them to come with the original box/case, inserts, or the manual. Slip covers are not guaranteed to be present. Game data from previous use may be present, but can be overwritten or deleted. Bonus downloadable or promotional content may have already been redeemed. Promotional items (3-D glasses, figurines, t-shirts, posters, jewelry, books or other non-media items) may not be included. Cleaning and repair was done as required.

HELP - RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Used DVDs, Blu-ray and Games include disc or game, cover art, and case. Game data from previous use may be present, but can be overwritten or deleted. Bonus downloadable or promotional content may have already been redeemed. Promotional items such as 3-D glasses may not be included. Cleaning and repair was done as required.

Items may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You will receive a replacement or refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded. (Note: Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).

You will be required to return the item in the condition that you received it within 7 business days of receipt of the item for a refund or exchange. If item isn't received back in set amount of time, you will void your refund or warranty. We will send you a return label.

Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.

Items purchased at a discounted rate or during sales events are subject to non return policy.

HELP - SHIPPING

Please be sure that your billing and shipping addressees are correct!!!

The delivery date for each item is the shipping option you chose at checkout + our processing time (this includes credit card approval).

We ship via USPS and offer First Class, Media Mail. Rates will depend on where your address.

*Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery.

Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

HELP - HOW DO I SELL ITEMS TO YOU?

We do purchase CDs, DVDs, Video Games and Vinyl Records from individuals and businesses. Please contact us through email or by phone if you have a large quantity that you would like to sell to us. We do make local house calls to purchase items. Any pickups outside of a 50 mile radius of the store will incur a pickup charge that will be based on pickup destination. Here is the criteria for selling items to us:

1. All items that you wish to sell must be complete:

CDs must have all artwork and a decent case with little wear. CDs must have minimal to no visible damage or scratches. Artwork must be in decent shape, normal wear and tear and shelf wear is acceptable. Slipcovers are nice but not required. Box Sets must be complete with boxes and inserts.

Vinyl Records must have outer jacket with minimal wear and no visible water damage. Splitting of jackets is acceptable to a degree and will be accessed on a per item basis. Inner sleeves are nice but not required unless they add to the value of the item. Inserts are nice but not required unless they add to the value of the item. The album itself must be in tip top shape. We do not accept albums with scratches, warps, or scuffs. We do not grade the vinyl at our store we leave that up to the consumer. We only accept vinyl that is in the shape of what we would place in our own collections.

2. How do you pay for items?

We offer cash for quality merchandise that we can sell in store or in our online store. We do cash purchases Monday - Friday or by appointment. It is best to call before you come because we have a limited budget each day and if you have a large amount it is best to set up an appointment. So please call 910-792-0082 to make sure we still have funds available before making the trip. We offer a percentage of what we sell the item for. We only offer full payment for items we currently don't have but we do take overstock items at a flat rate fee.

Store credit can be used for in store purchases only at this time. Store credit can be up to half of what we sell the item for in store and online.

Checks will be written for large purchases.

Paypal can be used to purchase items that are shipped in to us for assessment.

3. You say, I can ship items to you to sell? How do I do that?

We accept CDs, DVDs and Games via mail for purchase. You will be reimbursed via Paypal. If you wish to do so, please send us a list of the items that you wish to sell. We will send you a quote back via email and wait for you to ship the items to us. Once we receive the items, we will quality check them to make sure they are acceptable to our specifications. You will receive payment via Paypal to your account within 3 business days or receipt of product. Shipping must be paid by the seller so I suggest you use USPS Media Mail.

**Note if the items arrive and aren't complete or in acceptable condition, you will receive no payment for them and if you want them back you must pay for return shipping so be honest in your acceptance of our policy**
