In 2025, a dimension-disrupting event during a parade causes the Dimensionator to malfunction, accidentally ripping dimensional rifts across the galaxy. Ratchet and Clank are separated from each other and sent to an alternate dimension where they meet a female Lombax, Rivet, and her robot companion, Kit. They must work together with Rivet to stop Emperor Nefarious and his evil counterpart, Dr. Nefarious, from conquering multiple dimensions using the shattered Dimensionator and its unstable rifts.  

Games include game, cover art, and case. Game data from previous use may be present, but can be overwritten or deleted. Bonus downloadable or promotional content may have already been redeemed. Cleaning and repair was done as required.
