Flopsy Bunny / Pigling Bland

In "The Tale of the Flopsy Bunnies," Benjamin and Flopsy's six children raid Mr. McGregor's garden, get too full, and fall asleep, only to be captured and put in a sack by the gardener. A woodmouse named Thomasina Tittlemouse helps them escape by gnawing a hole in the sack. The bunnies then fill the sack with rotten vegetables to trick Mr. McGregor. When Mrs. McGregor discovers the deception, she becomes angry, and Mr. McGregor is also furious, leading to no one getting the rabbits for their skins or to sell. Meanwhile, "The Tale of Mrs. Tittlemouse" tells how the tidy woodmouse's home is overrun by uninvited guests, and she eventually gets her revenge on a bothersome toad, Mr. Jackson.
