The Possession of Hannah Grace is a horror film about Megan Reed (Shay Mitchell), an ex-cop in recovery, who takes a graveyard shift job at a Boston morgue, only for the disfigured corpse of a young woman, Hannah Grace, to arrive, revealing a demon that terrorized her during a failed exorcism, now haunting the morgue and targeting Megan with gruesome, contorting attacks as she tries to survive the night and understand the entity. The film focuses on claustrophobic scares within the morgue and the demon's physical manifestations, often described as creepy but ultimately repetitive and mediocre.
