The Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker

The plot of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker revolves around the young boy Link, who is on his 12th birthday when his sister Aryll is kidnapped. Link, inspired by the legendary hero of time, embarks on a quest to find and rescue her. The game takes place several hundred years after the events of Ocarina of Time, in an alternate timeline from Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess. The player controls Link as he sails the ocean, explores islands, and traverses dungeons to acquire the power necessary to defeat Ganon. The game features a distinctive cartoon-like art style and retains the basic 3D gameplay of its predecessors, Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask.
