The fourth book of The Legend of Korra, titled "Book Four: Balance," is set three years after the events of Book Three: Change. It follows Avatar Korra's journey of self-discovery and her struggle to overcome the trauma she suffered during the previous season. The season is marked by the rise of Kuvira, a former member of the Metal Clan turned Great Uniter, who seeks to unite the Earth Kingdom under her authoritarian rule. Korra, who has been living alone and hiding her identity as the Avatar, must confront her past and her own fears to protect the Earth Kingdom and its people.
