In the third series of "The F Word," Gordon Ramsay focuses on the idea that "fast food doesn't have to mean junk food," showcasing how to prepare simple and delicious meals quickly. The series also features a search for a new "Fanny Cradock," a cookbook author who was a pioneer of British cooking, and the weekly best amateur brigade is rewarded with the opportunity to cook at Ramsay's restaurant at Claridge's. Additionally, Ramsay raises a pair of lambs, Charlotte and Gavin, and tests his own fertility theories.
