Shattered (1991) is a neo-noir thriller where architect Dan Merrick (Tom Berenger) suffers amnesia and facial reconstruction after a horrific car crash. Guided by his wife, Judith (Greta Scacchi), he uncovers discrepancies in his past, aided by a private investigator (Bob Hoskins). The film features a major plot twist regarding his true identity.
