The Reality of Love is a romantic comedy that revolves around Ryan Banks, a struggling movie star, and the reality TV show "I Want to Marry Ryan Banks." The show, created by Ryan's best friend and agent, Todd Doherty, aims to save Ryan's career. The premise is similar to the Bachelor TV show, where Ryan is the bachelor, and fifteen women compete for his affection. Charlie Norton, a contestant, discovers the truth about Ryan and Todd's relationship, leading to a love triangle.
