First Knight (1995) is a romantic adventure film focused on a love triangle between King Arthur (Sean Connery), Lady Guinevere (Julia Ormond), and the wandering knight Lancelot (Richard Gere). While fighting for Arthur, Lancelot falls in love with his future queen, threatening the stability of Camelot and its fight against the villainous warlord Malagant (Ben Cross).
