Bambi, a young white-tailed deer, is born in a forest where all the animals recognize his destiny as the future Great Prince of the Forest, a protector of the woodland creatures. From birth, he is nurtured by his loving mother and befriended by Thumper, an energetic rabbit, and Flower, a shy skunk, who become his lifelong companions. As he grows, Bambi explores the forest, learning to walk, talk, and navigate the dangers of the wild.
