QUICKSAND: Banker Martin Raikes (Michael Keaton) heads to Monaco to investigate strange financial activity surrounding a film production that his bank is financing. There he encounters the film's star, the washed-up, hard-drinking one-time action star Jake Mellows (Michael Caine). Before he can conduct a thorough investigation, Raikes finds himself framed for the assassination of a government official. With both crooks and the law out to get him, Raikes goes on the run, eventually hooking up with Mellows.

TICKER: Grieving narcotics agent Ray Nettles (Tom Sizemore) and police Detective Art Rice (Nas) are assigned to investigate a series of horrific bombings that have rocked the city of San Francisco. When Nettles discovers that these acts of terror are the work of notorious IRA agent Alex Swan (Dennis Hopper), he enlists the help of explosives expert Frank Glass (Steven Seagal). As inner demons threaten to destroy Nettles, Swan engages the troubled man in a dangerous game of cat and mouse.

FALL TIME: In 1950s America, three friends -- David (David Arquette), Joe (Jonah Blechman) and Tim (Jason London) -- get it in their heads to pull a prank in honor of their high school graduation. Staging a bank robbery and kidnapping, the three find they've picked the wrong bank at the wrong time when they clash with Florence (Mickey Rourke) and Leon (Stephen Baldwin) -- who are actually robbing the bank. After the two crooks take the friends hostage, the only way out is to go through with the robbery.

BEYOND THE LAW: Police officer Daniel Saxon (Charlie Sheen) goes undercover in an effort to topple a motorcycle gang whose members deal in illegal weapons and drugs. To prove himself to the gang's leader, a thug called "Blood" (Michael Madsen), Saxon engages in a series of dangerous acts. Though he takes solace in his burgeoning romance with Renee (Linda Fiorentino), a photographer chronicling the gang's lifestyle, Saxon finds the line between police work and criminal behavior increasingly blurry.
