The Fighting Westerner: is a B western film that stars Randolph Scott as Larry Sutton, a mining engineer who teams up with Deputy Sheriff Tex Murdock to solve a series of murders at a radium mine. The film is based on Zane Grey's "Golden Dreams" and is a remake of the silent film "Golden Dreams" (1922). The plot revolves around the mysterious Black Rider, who is linked to the murders, and the discovery of a radium strike at the mine. The film is known for its comic Western whodunit style and features a mix of action, romance, and mystery elements.

Man of the Forest: revolves around the kidnapping of a landowner's daughter by Dale, who hopes to thwart Beasley's plans for Gayner's land. When Gayner arrives to retrieve his daughter, Beasley kills him and manipulates the sheriff into arresting Dale for the murder.
