The Descent Part 2 (2009) follows traumatized survivor Sarah Carter, who is forced by police to return to the Appalachian cave system to locate her missing friends. Amnesiac and bloodied, she accompanies a rescue team, only to re-encounter the flesh-eating "Crawlers" and face a harrowing fight for survival.
