Season 1 of The Commish begins with the murders of two police officers during their routine night tour. Commissioner Tony Scali, played by Michael Chiklis, is determined to uncover the truth behind this murder and discovers corruption within the Eastbridge Police Department and District Attorney's Office. The season follows Tony as he juggling his work and family life, especially when someone threatens his life. He also faces the death of his closest friend and confidant and welcomes his old best friend into his life.
