"Kiddy Grade THE PEACEKEEPERS CASE 1" is the title for the first volume of the anime series, which introduces the premise of two young, powerful ES (Encounter of Shadow-work) members, Éclair and Lumière, who work for the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT). The initial plot involves their mission to escort a Global Union officer to the planet Medeia to mediate a conflict with the Faunusian military, who have blockaded the planet.
