Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer is a film about a psychopathic drifter named Henry who, after being released from prison, moves in with his former cellmate Otis in Chicago. Unbeknownst to Otis's sister Becky, who moves in with them to escape an abusive husband, Henry and Otis begin a killing spree together, committing random acts of violence for their own kicks.
