"Exeter" follows a group of teenagers who, during a drug-fueled party at an abandoned asylum, accidentally release an evil spirit that starts to possess them one by one. The group, led by Patrick, attempts to escape and perform an exorcism to save one of their friends, only to unleash a more powerful and vengeful spirit with a distinct motive. The only chance of survival lies in uncovering the asylum's dark past and finding a way out before it's too late.
