Cry Macho (2021) follows washed-up rodeo star Mike Milo (Clint Eastwood) in 1979, who takes a job to retrieve his ex-boss's troubled teenage son, Rafo (Eduardo Minett), from his alcoholic mother in Mexico, leading to an unlikely road trip where Mike finds redemption teaching the boy the true meaning of being a man, while confronting dangerous figures and bonding over Rafo's rooster, Macho.
