"Blood Money" is an action-thriller film directed by Gregory McQualter, featuring Zheng Liu as the protagonist, Zheng Zhou. The film follows the life of Zheng Zhou, a Shaolin warrior with legendary fighting and weapons skills, who turns to a life of drugs and crime after the murder of his family and the kidnapping of his sister. With the help of Hong Kong's notorious Dragon Triad syndicate, he orchestrates a plan to traffic two tonnes of crack cocaine through the Port of Miami in America and into Australia and China. However, the partnership with the Colombian drug cartel turns sour, leading to a bloodied street war across three countries. As Zhou becomes an international hitman with advanced weaponry and fighting skills, he faces a dire situation where he has no place to run and no place to hide. Fate steps in, and a Shaolin Monk from his past saves his life, changing his world forever.
