Jimmie Jones portrays Dr. Jeffrey Mills, a plastic surgeon who finds himself entangled in a dangerous world of organized crime. The film follows Mills as he is terrorized and framed by the mob after he refuses to take one of their deadliest members as a patient. The movie is described as an explosive psychological thriller, with Mills being forced to manipulate identities and keep their secrets in exchange for his life. The film is inspired by the 1950 movie "The Great Manhunt" and features scenes shot in the same Italian village as the original.
