Across 110th Street (1972) is a gritty, violent crime thriller directed by Barry Shear, depicting a desperate hunt for three thieves who stole $300,000 from the Mafia in Harlem. The robbery results in a mass murder, including white mobsters and black gangsters, forcing an uneasy alliance between police and criminals. The plot follows three parallel narratives: the robbers on the run, the brutal Mafia searching for them, and a racially charged police investigation.
