"Ordinary Miracles" is a touching story about a tough judge who takes in a foster child with a troubled past. The film explores themes of family, forgiveness, and the power of love. It follows the journey of Sally Powell, a teenager who has been in several foster homes and is now in juvenile prison. Kay Woodbury, played by Jaclyn Smith, is a judge who has not spoken to her father since he involved her in a scam. Despite her tough exterior, Kay is moved to take Sally into her home, where they begin to connect and share a bond. The film also delves into Sally's past, including her late mother and her father's abandonment. As Kay and Sally grow closer, they discover the potential in each other and the importance of love and forgiveness in their lives.
